Lewis Architecture

We believe in raising the standard of living by creating warm, sustainable, well-crafted lifestyle homes. By valuing client input we create houses which are tailored to our clients wishes. Each house is designed using sustainable building practices and with a strong nod to passive house design principles. Based in Dunedin, we provide general architectural services in the Dunedin, Oamaru, Wanaka, and Queenstown areas. Our primary focus is on; New Homes, Major Renovations, and Minor Renovations.

Will Lewis, holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from The University of Auckland, and has two decades of experience in the construction and architecture sector.

Working with clients one on one to achieve their design goals is the approach we take. Each project is a unique design to meet the needs of its owners, their family, their lifestyle, their site, and the surrounding environment. Each of our builds are one off boutique projects. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with local Engineers, Builders, Councils, Planners, and other industry players, allowing your project to run smoothly. Your brief, site, budget, and our philosophy for clean lines, simple forms and sustainability inform our designs.
